Back in 2004, Tim started working for Grounds by Coffey, learning the ropes of what makes a lawn go from "meh" to magnificent. Twenty years later, he's still obsessed with the perfect cut, the ideal stripe pattern, and lawns that make people actually want to mow (okay, maybe that's a stretch).
After years of perfecting his craft, Tim decided it was time to do his own thing—and Pappas & Co. Landscaping was born. The mission? Simple: bring that same meticulous, no-shortcuts approach to Cleveland-area lawns, but with a family touch that the big guys just can't match.
Here's the thing: we're not a faceless lawn service. Tim's the guy you'll see on your property. Theresa (Tim's wife) is running the behind-the-scenes magic—scheduling, customer care, making sure everything runs like clockwork. And when he's home from college, their son Aidan jumps in to help keep the family tradition alive.
