Lawn Care Services

What's included in weekly lawn maintenance?

Our weekly lawn maintenance includes:

  • Professional mowing with sharp blades
  • String trimming around edges and obstacles
  • Edging along sidewalks and driveways
  • Blowing off all hard surfaces (driveway, walkways, patio)

We leave your property looking professionally maintained every single visit.

When does lawn care season start and end?

Our lawn care season typically runs from March through November, depending on weather conditions. We'll start mowing when grass begins actively growing in spring and continue through fall until growth stops for the season.

Do I need to be home when you service my lawn?

Nope! Most of our customers aren't home during service. As long as we have access to your property and any gates are unlocked (or you've provided us with gate codes), we'll take care of everything. You'll come home to a beautifully maintained lawn.

What if I have dogs?

We work with pets all the time! Just let us know about your dogs when you request a quote, and we'll work out the best arrangement. Some clients keep their dogs inside during service, while others have fenced areas we can work around.

What's included in spring cleanup?

Spring cleanup includes:

  • Removal of leaves, sticks, and winter debris
  • Cutting back perennials and ornamental grasses
  • Bed edging and definition
  • First mow of the season
  • Complete property cleanup and hauling away all debris

When should I schedule aeration?

We recommend aerating your lawn twice per year - once in spring and once in fall. Aeration helps relieve soil compaction, improves drainage, and allows nutrients to reach grass roots more effectively. It's one of the best things you can do for a healthy lawn.

Do you handle leaf removal in the fall?

Absolutely! Our fall cleanup service includes complete leaf removal from your lawn, beds, and hard surfaces. We typically do multiple visits throughout fall as leaves continue to drop, ensuring your property stays clean all season long.

Snow Removal

How does snow removal pricing work?

Snow removal pricing is typically based on the size of your driveway and walkways, plus the amount of snowfall. We offer per-visit pricing as well as seasonal contracts. Contact us for a custom quote based on your property.

What time do you plow?

We aim to have driveways cleared before you head to work in the morning. During heavy snowfall events, we operate 24/7 to keep up with accumulation. Most customers wake up to a clear driveway - no need to even touch a shovel.

Do you offer salt/ice control services?

Yes! We offer salting and ice control services to keep your driveway and walkways safe during winter. This can be added to your snow plowing service or scheduled separately.

Pricing & Payment

How do you charge for services?

Pricing depends on the service and your property size. For regular lawn maintenance, we typically charge a flat monthly or per-visit rate. One-time services like cleanups are quoted individually. We'll always provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, credit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payment details and invoices are managed through our customer portal for your convenience.

Is there a contract?

For seasonal services like regular lawn maintenance, we typically work on a seasonal agreement (March-November). For one-time services, there's no long-term commitment required. We want you to stay with us because you love the service, not because you're locked into a contract.

Scheduling & Communication

How will I know when you're coming?

Regular maintenance customers are typically scheduled on the same day each week. You can also check your service schedule anytime through our customer portal. For one-time services, we'll schedule a specific date with you in advance.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

We monitor weather conditions and will reschedule if needed. Light rain usually doesn't stop us (grass doesn't stop growing!), but we won't mow in heavy rain or when conditions would damage your lawn. We'll catch up as soon as conditions improve.

Can I skip a week or pause service?

Yes! If you're going on vacation or need to pause service for any reason, just let us know ahead of time. We're flexible and will work with your schedule.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
